Here are our principal booking conditions, as well as other useful information about your holiday. Our full booking terms will be provided during the booking process. Please contact us if you have any questions.

• All weekly bookings and short breaks will commence at 3.30 pm on the day of arrival and shall end at 10.00 am on the day of departure.
• Three night weekend and four night midweek short breaks are available outwith high season (May until September, Christmas, Easter, New Year and during major golf events). They may occasionally be available in high season on a last minute basis. Please see our prices and availability page.
• Our prices are in GB pounds and are fully inclusive of electricity, full central heating, free off-road parking, bed linen and towels. We provide one bath sheet and one hand towel per person. Please bring your own beach towels.
• A non refundable 30% deposit is payable to secure a booking and must be either preceded by an on-line booking request or accompanied by a completed printed booking form. The balance is payable six weeks prior to the arrival date. If the booking is made within this period the full rental cost will be due immediately.
• Reservations will not be treated as confirmed until we have processed the deposit and issued written confirmation.
• All payments shall be by cheque payable to Mark Richardson.
• Bookings will not be accepted from groups of single people less than 25 years of age.
• For insurance reasons, only guests listed on the booking form may stay.
• For the comfort of all our guests, the cottage and gardens are strictly non smoking.
• Please bring indoor footwear as outdoor footwear is not permitted in the upstairs carpeted areas.
• We regret that Bag End Cottage cannot accept pets apart from registered assistance dogs.
• A high chair and travel cot are available at no extra charge, but please bring your own cot linen.
